Current consultation services in accordance with Kyushu University Guidance Level

However our office is based on face-to-face consultations, in accordance with Kyushu University Guidance Level to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), we have made changes to our consultation policy.

 

As Guidance Level is currently in Stage 2.5, new consultations will be conducted online using Teams in principle.

Detailed procedures for online consultation will be provided individually to those who wish to have a consultation.

If you would like to have a face-to-face consultation due to difficulties in preparing an online consultation environment, please let us know.

 

In the future, if the consultation policy changes in response to changes in Kyushu University Guidance Level, etc., we will post an announcement on our website as needed.
