Conducting a survey on harassment

We are conducting a survey on harassment. 

We would like to ask for your opinions about the University's harassment prevention efforts and the actual situation of harassment at the University. The responses we receive will be used to improve our harassment prevention and counseling system, including the strengthening of training and other prevention measures, and the operation of the Office for Promotion of Harassment Prevention and Response.
